  • Detail-oriented; confident with MARs and basic documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications per orders and agency policy; maintain MAR accuracy.
  • Monitor for side effects; promptly report concerns to RN Supervisor.
  • Assist with ADLs, meal prep, hydration reminders, and safe mobility.
  • Keep clear, timely documentation and uphold privacy standards.
  • Coordinate with caregivers, RN, and family on schedule and care updates.
